Scotland

I've always wanted to visit Scotland and I recently had the chance to go.  We spent 2 whole weeks in this beautiful county.  We went to Edinburgh to a bed & breakfast called Seabreeze which I highly recommend.  The food was delicious and they treated us like queens.  The bus was right outside the B&B so we never needed a car and there were restaurants and bars close by as well.

We visited Dumbarton Castle and learned that it was an important royal refuge for Mary Queen of Scots when she was an infant.  It is an experience no one should miss if they come to Scotland.  Going through the castle made me think of how people lived in those days.  It was quite humbling.
